JACQUELINE KENNEDY'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

1 lb. cooked crab meat
1 lb. cooked bay shrimp, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. cooked white fish cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow or white onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard or 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 cups crushed potato chips
Paprika

Mix together all of the ingredients -except the potato chips and paprika. Pour into a buttered casserole dish or individual ramekins. Sprinkle crushed potato chips and paprika over the top of the mixture. Bake in a preheated, 400-degree oven for 25 minutes for a casserole and about 18 minutes for individual ramekins.
